Winter Storm Warning issued- parking ban in effect as of 9PM

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for tonight and tomorrow. As of 9 PM Sunday March 1 the Snow removal parking ban will be in effect until further notice- NO on street parking allowed.
